Sales Tax

• Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all merchandise.

Shipping Policy

• We ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
• We ship via FedEx and FedEx Home Delivery to receive the most competitive shipping rates.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Please allow 5-10 business days to process and ship your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us for information about expedited shipping.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to respecting the online privacy of our customers at all times. All of the information that we collect about our customers is used solely for the purpose of processing and completing orders as efficiently and accurately as possible.

We use a secure online payment system that encrypts the information that you enter. We do not save any personal financial information.

Our mailing list is private and is used strictly for the purpose of notifying our customers about new products and new developments at Pooch Style. We do not share our mailing list with any third parties.

Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
• Items may be returned for a merchandise exchange only.
• Items must be in original, unused condition.
• We do not refund shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for any returned package lost in shipping. We recommend that you ship returns via UPS, Fed Ex or the US Postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
• No returns or exchanges on custom orders or monogrammed items, except for momogram errors on the part of Pooch Style.
• If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise.
